They do have 3 (three) broken blind pieces (see pictures) hence the price.

These pieces can be ordered from a blind/curtain shop, but we have decided to replace them with new curtains.

Everything else is in fully working order, the cords still pull up and close the blinds as they should, and you can also adjust them between open and shut easily too.
