50+ shared hosting clients (at time of writing) and related domain management to be sold (domains remain the property of the clients, but the fees will be paid to your company for renewals). Additional "domain only" clients will also be included at no extra cost.

Reseller server (running cPanel) will be handed over (monthly payment of about 70USD) and support is included, should clients need assistance etc. The server will be able to host more than the customer base being sold, allowing room for expansion.

Depending on buyer requirements and experience, some time will be needed to organise migrations etc. (we can help with it all).

Turnover is around 130-140k baht per year from the customer base. Profit will likely be between 80k and 90k per year (excluding any cancellations).

This is a genuine and long-term business from an existing hosting company that has pivoted. The company no longer plans to provide shared hosting or domain name registrations, only servers and VPS will be provided going forward. Many of the clients have been active for several years.

These clients have not been marketed to, so you could promote upgrades, SEO, website development, security services, website management etc. to clients to increase revenues further.

The included client management system can be used as a sales website (it has built in features to create a customer facing website and full automation - cost is $15 per month). Currently the setup is using WHMCS to automate orders. Customer hosting plans are created/terminated automatically. All invoicing is also automatic. As these customers are established clients, very little support is needed.

Ideally, the company is looking to find someone that can take care of these longterm clients and provide them with improved service options.
