Beautiful pub / restaurant for sale. The property is located in Lamai Beach - Koh Samui in the middle of the tourist area surrounded by bars and restaurants. Nevertheless very quiet surroundings and no noisy ladybars in direct nearness (c.a. 100m away).

The bar has a fully equipped kitchen, music system, beamer / projector with screen and television in the outdoor area and air conditioning. Outside there is a small bar with intercool 1 unit refrigerator and inside a bar in the style of an Irish pub with an Intercool 2 units refrigerator (like new). Toilet is renovated and tiled, clean and functional.

Bar stools and tables with solid chairs (as good as new) are all included in the price. Everything is licensed with alcohol, cigarettes and restaurant license.

The bar/pub/restaurant is a 2 min walk from the beach and from 18 to 00:00 there are many souvenir sellers on the street who ensure a rich walking tour.

The landlords are the owners of the whole street and are super correct. The lease is for 3 years and a deposit of 3 months rent and 3 months electricity must be paid. The rent is only 13.000 monthly. Electricity costs during the hottest period are 3200THB/month. The landlords do NOT demand "tee-money" as it is normal in Thai tourist centers. Our neighbours are all friendly and don't complain when it gets louder. Our direct neighbour is a dear old man who is happy when we have a party. He even gave us his terrace right next to our bar for free. But we invite him every now and then to a beer. We have to force him then also ;)

I operated the bar, since the visa regulation in Thailand have become very strict ... since I am under 50 years, I was denied a year's visa. With the bar, company and employees I got a business year visa. Now I am soon 50 years and would like to sell the bar for this reason.


I sell everything for an unbeatable 350,000 thb. That's what I paid and invested. (renovation, repairs etc.). I hope to find a nice and friendly successor.
