The Neptunian was sailed from England to India in 1995 in the course of the Cutty Shark Regatta, then still under the name "Sultan ", and then to the Andaman Sea, where it first found its new home in Phuket and then in the Royale Langkawi Yacht Club. The previous owner lived with his wife on Sultan for 10 years before we bought the ship in 2017 and gave it a new name. From now on, she sailed under the name "NOW4NOW". I sailed NOW4NOW single handed around Singapore, Tioman Ilands, the Anabas Ilands, Terrenganu, Songkhla, Koh Samui, Pranburi/Hua Hin to Pattaya. On the way, NOW4NOW got a new engine in the Racer Marina. In 2022, a complete refitt was added, inside and out, whereby the entire ship was gutted and the complete interior fittings in teak were also renewed. No costs and efforts, as well as nerves were spared! Our plan was to sail NOW4NOW for about another ten years, so the effort. In 2022/23 we sailed to Koh Samet, Koh Chang, Koh Mak and Koh Kut. It was nice, without knowing that this should probably be our last trip together. Unfortunately, my health has thwarted the plans, so we are forced to find a new good and loving home that is really close to our hearts. NOW4NOW is a real seagoing boat what give us always a save feeling and we know the new owner will have the same funny times what we have.
