My sister in law is selling a large plot of land consisting of 72 Rai in total, situated approximately 12 kilometers from Nong Khai City centre. The property has all the required paperwork IE. Chanote / Title deeds etc.

*72 Rai equates to (approximately); 28.46 Acres / 11.52 Hectares / 115, 200 Square Meters.

The access roads to the property are mainly very good with just a small section of concrete road containing potholes before you get onto the good concrete road leading to the property entrance.

*Of great importance is the fact that this land and the is not prone to flooding.

Set in a beautiful and very private rural location yet not far from local villages or the main highways / Railway, the land is currently used for growing mainly Rubber trees of which there are several hundred that are being tapped.
There is a Steel entrance gate (which is lockable) that opens onto a driveway leading up to a small dwelling / house.

There is an Electricity supply and 3 water bores on the land, one of which has a surface mounted pump that supplies water to the House which is currently occupied but would be vacated on completion of purchase.
