This bungalow is on private land, with only the owner and their family as neighbors. It is quiet and peaceful, and walled in. email for more photos. The bungalow has hot and cold water and is connected to government electricity with its own meter. Water is supplied by our own pump and well. You may install Wi-Fi at your own expense. There is some furniture which the owner is prepared to leave inside the property, BUT the property is being rented as UNFURNISHED. The house is near the hospital, 7-11, and five minutes from Lotus supermarket and local schools and banks. We are looking at a long-term rental of six months or more. 5,500 Baht per month. One month's rental and one month's deposit is required in advance. There is private parking space for cars and motorbikes in front of the house. A viewing is recommended. Please see map for location.
