The house has been completely corrected of any faults. New paint inside and out. In a quiet part of Lamai. Western kitchen with 4 burner stove and an oven, a large USA made refrigerator, washer and drier(may need repair), 1000 liter water tank with a new pump, built in wardrobe near the 2 bedrooms on the second floor. 4 ceiling fans and 4 a/c units. Wired for internet and sat TV. A short walk to 'old market', 7-11 and other shopping. Tesco is about 1km away. Lamai is a small but entertaining town on Koh Samui.
