Want performance and tunability for your OM617? These M pumps provide just that! Unlike the MW pumps, you can tune and adjust the fuel to your liking using the external ALDA. These are a direct replacement of the MW pumps found on all US Mercedes-Benz OM617 engines. These rare M pumps had to be imported from Europe. Choose from the following element size: -6 mm for up 110 cc -7.5 mm for up to 160 cc (Dieselmeken) Both come equipped with an external ALDA. Your pump will be built in-house and usually only takes a few days, but can take up to a couple weeks, depending on our current queue. We test run every pump on an engine before shipping to be sure everything is right. We include everything you'll need to install your M pump in place of an existing MW pump: -Block to pump gasket -Plug for the existing MW pump oil feed (not used with M pumps) -Fitting to put an 8mm hose from the included lift pump to your fuel filter housing. Five cylinder mechanical injection pumps built with bigger elements for OM602, OM662 and OM605 super-turbo builds. Choose from the following: 6 mm elements for mild builds with internal ALDA (not tunable) (up to 250 hp) 6 mm elements for mild builds with external ALDA (up to 250 hp) 7.5 mm Dieselmeken elements with external ALDA (street/daily/off-road) 8.0 mm Dieselmeken elements with external ALDA (race/drift) Your pump will be built in house. First it's dissasmbled and cleaned ultrasonically. Then reassembled with bigger performance elements. Next, it is mounted on our test bench where it is phased and calibrated. We then test run every pump on an engine before shipping to be sure everything is right. We sometimes can ship within a few days, but it can be a couple weeks depending on our queue. We inlclude the pump to block gasket. A lift pump will not be included, as you probably already have one on your original pump. If you need one, you can buy one HERE. You are not required to send us a core pump, as this is an outright sale. But if possible, once you receive your built pump, please send us a core using the provided shipping label that will be in the label holder on the box, and same packaging.
